How a Compliment Started My First Pop-Up
My first-ever pop-up happened unexpectedly at the Green Room Tap in Pilsen, Chicago. While exploring local bars with my business partner Cristian Manon, a bartender named Matt complimented my Snoopy X Malboro Hat.

That simple interaction led to a convo about hosting a pop-up—and just like that, we made it happen.
Behind The Process
We designed exclusive shirts and hats for the event, and to make the night even more special, Cristian and I had our own signature drinks:
- The Laja: Tequila, Licor 43, Orange Liqueur, Pineapple Juice, Lemon Juice, Ginger Beer
- The Manon: Tequila, Peach, Cherry, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice

The energy was wild, 5 minutes in we sold 10 pieces, halfway through I gave a damn speech, and by midnight, everything gone. One of the main bartenders, Aldo, summed it up perfectly:
"I've worked a couple of our pop-ups before, but this one was our best one for sure. Everyone was chill and fun, so serving them was a treat."
